MNET ASIAN MUSIC AWARDS 2011

Moshi moshi !
Today MAMA streamed live from Singapore! I didn't get to watch much of it, since I had classes while they where broadcasting! I only got to see B2ST performing a really cool version of Fiction! Loved it! They're so hot! You can probably watch the tapes somewhere. Hyuna from 4MINUITE and Hyunseung from B2ST performed a really hot dance routine and they made out on stage! Woo! Awesome performance! I posted the performance on the bottom of the page.
There where a lot of famous artists, including Americans. There was even an American host, or at least a guy on the red carpet representing Asians in America and asking stuff on their behalf. 2NE1, B2ST, SNSD and Super Junior were some of the artists, and on top of that there where some actors and actresses too. I saw for example Joon Eun-Hye from the drama Lie To Me, with Kang Ji-Hwan. She's so cute! Watch the whole thing! Bet you'll find it online!

DIEM CHAU

Moshi moshi!
Heard of this artist a while ago, but I forgot to mention it, so here it comes. Diem Chau does these little pieces, after what I've seen. So far I've seen tiny pieces of furniture, and sculptures, where crayons are used as base. So cool. You should check out the artist's web page here. Here are some of the crayon pieces. So cool!

Came across Alexander McQueens line for the spring/summer of 2012. Fa-bu-lous!

My absolute favorite must be this red on here on the bottom, with a picture of the entire dress two pictures above. Love!

Moulin Rouge

Moshi moshi !
As mentioned Ida and I watched Moulin Rouge today. Really funny movie, mostly because the main character is hot and becuase the special effects and things that happened was so incredibly stupid and totally rediculous. Recommended. Crappy pics cause the movie's from 2001.

Expectations vs reality

Moshi moshi !
Ida and I are havin' a sleepover at Ida's place! We made super tasty pasta bolognese, and we bought lots of other yummy stuff, and we watched Moulin Rouge. Really cool movie! It was a romantic comedy / drama. It was so rediculous it actually went around the scale to funny. Worth watchin'. But, the funniest part was; that we were going to bake "kakemenn", or cookie men, or whatever. And, dude, was it hard when we didn't have anything to roll out the dough with! So, as you se on the picture below, the result wasn't really what we were aiming for...

BIGBANG WORLDWIDE ACT

Moshi moshi !
I am sure I voted at least a hundred times, and it helped! BIGBANG won the award for worldwide act! They were so cute! Talked really bad English, and a lot of Korean! And only some asian fans rooted for them! But still! They seemed happy enough! If you toggle fullscreen you'll see GD is subbed. They should have subbed it on TV too! He was like giving a shout out to people who hadn't heard of them, and who weren't from Korea! And they didn't sub him! Noobz! Ruined his whole speech.

Surprise b-day party

Moshi moshi !
We celebrated Tran's birthday on Saturday! We surprised her, but I think she knew something was up! We had lots of fun. We celebrated both Tran and her little brother Andy, who had his birthday on Tuesday. Andy received tons of presents and Tran got only a few! Poor kid! Haha. We didn't get her any gifts, so she'll receive something from us later. We played with Legos and we played something called Kortskalle (card head). Really funny game if you play with celebrities or people you know, instead of things. You each get a card on you forehead, and you can only ask yes- and no-questions about what is on your forehead, either till the hour glass runs out or just one question each, each round. We ate lots of yummy food. We ate spring rolls, cake and lau, and some bread stuffed with meat called batiso or something.

Flood

Moshi moshi !
As I'm sure you're all aware of, there has been, and still is a flood in parts of Asia. And one really cool and peculiar thing that occurred because of the flood is that millions of spiders has fled from the ground and shorter bushes and plants, up into the trees, in Pakistan. And as a result of that, entire trees have been covered in spider web, like cocoons! It looks really stunning, doesn't it? I would both be totally creeped out, 'cause I really really despise spider, but also amazed, if I were to see something like this in real life!
